Molex吸附剂国产化技术总结

ＮＷＡ－Ⅱ５Ａ小球是Ｍｏｌｅｘ脱蜡装置的使用的高新技术产品。１９９０年开始工业试生产，１９９６年完成１００ｔ产品的试生产任务，１９９８年Ｍｏｌｅｘ工业装置试用成功。一年运行后，由中国石化集团公司组织的技术鉴定认为，该国产化产品达到目前同类产品的国际先进水平、填补了国内高档吸附剂近４０年的空白。

Summary of Manufacture and Application of Domestic 5A Microsphere as Absorbent for Molex Process

5A microsphere as absorbent for Molex process is a patented catalyst. After its trial produc-tion in 1990, 100 ton of the absobent was prepared in 1996 and loaded in Molex unit in 1997. It was e-valuated that it was comparable in properties to the similar product abroad and could replace the latter product. It was successfully applied in Molex process unit in LAB Plant of Jinling Petrochemical Cor-poration in 1998.
