基于串行口通信技术的PLC仿真调试系统

摘    要:介绍了利用计算机与PLC进行串行口异步通信方法开发的PLC仿真调试系统,并对计算机与PLC通信的实现进行了论述。阐明了使用该仿真调试系统可以克服以往在PLC教学的实验实训环节中存在的问题,使PLC的调试环境与实际生产工况更接近。而且只要仿真图形界面根据工业生产的控制要求作相应修改,就可以用于实际工业控制场合。系统已在教学中得到应用。结果表明该系统能够满足教学要求,且具有使用方便、成本低等特点。

Abstract:The emulated debugging system of PLC developed by means of serial communication between computer and PLC is presented and such communication technique is discussed. The point of view is set forth that some problems on practical training of the PLC teaching can be solved and the debugging circumstance is more closer to the reality. Moreover, the emulation debugging system can be applied to the industrial control after the graphical interfaces to be modified according to the requirements of industrial production. The system has been used in teaching, the result shows that the needs of teaching can be satisfied and the system features easy operation and low cost.
