摘    要:在连续挤压成形过程中 ,挤压轮旋转 ,在变形体和模具接触面上的摩擦功和塑性变形功的作用下 ,变形体在塑性变形的同时 ,与模具及周围环境进行热交换 ,促使变形体和模具内的温度场以及变形体的应变场、应力场等不断发生变化。因为挤压轮的转动是连续挤压成形过程的动力源 ,其速度构成了连续挤压成形过程中最重要的影响因素 ,所以研究挤压轮速度对连续挤压成形过程中变形体的温度场、应力场、应变场以及溢余量的影响 ,将有助于连续挤压产品的内部质量和尺寸精度的提高。本文在分析连续挤压技术特点的基础上 ,采用刚粘塑性有限元模型 ,组建了一个有关连续挤压的计算机仿真系统 ,对连续挤压的成形过程进行了计算机仿真 ,研究了挤压轮速度对连续挤压成形过程的影响

Abstract:In continuous extrusion forming (CONFORM) process, the friction between the wheel groove and the feed is a driving force. The frictional energy and deformational energy change into heat, which makes the feed and the die's temperature field, strain field and stress field change. Because the wheel rotation is the driving source in CONFORM process, the wheel angular velocity is the most important factor in process. Therefore the study on the wheel velocity's influence on the deforming body's temperature, strain, stress, damage, and velocity is very important to the quality and dimension precision of the product. This paper analyzed the technological feature of CONFORM, built the computer simulation model; Such a model can predict the wheel velocity's influence on the CONFORM process.
