摘    要:应用电子探针和金相技术检测了腐蚀失效的水环式真 空泵叶轮,化验了水环泵的水样,分析了CO2对叶轮的腐蚀机制,认为腐蚀原因是电化学 腐蚀及Cl-点蚀,同时提出了预防措施.

Abstract:A corroded impeller of water ring vacuum pump was examined with the electronic microprobe and metallography.The relevant water sample was also analijed.The mechanism of corrosion failure was discussed in terms of CO 2 induce corrosion and pitting corrosion due to Cl -.Finally some suggests was postulated as precautionary measures for preveting such failure.
