超高水充填新技术的应用发展浅析

摘    要:超高水材料凝固速度快、早期强度高、承载和变形性能好、施工工艺简单、工人劳动强度低,是一种非常好的新型充填材料,对其进行研究对煤矿的安全、高效及绿色开采意义重大,其研究和应用已取得一定的成果。随着超高水充填开采应用范围的不断扩大及开采技术条件的变化,单一纯浆充填的局限性会越来越大,应根据采空区具体的顶板条件和充填空间位置开展超高水充填体工程特性的试验研究。

Abstract:Super-high water material setting speed fast,high early strength,loading and deformation performance good,the construction technology simple,labor intensity low,is a very good new filling material,conducting the study of the material is of great significance on the coal mine safety,high efficiency and green mining,the research and application has made some achievements.Along with the super-high water the scope of application of expanding and mining technical conditions change,single pure slurry filling limitations will become larger and larger,should be based on gob concrete roof conditions and filling space position to carry out the experimental study on the super-high water filling body engineering characteristics.
