摘    要:本文对空调器中常用的百叶窗翅片的阻力和换热特性进行了三维数值模拟,仿真结果与实验测试的数据基本吻合。同时对另一种桥片翅片的性能进行了仿真预测,与窗片对比,桥片的阻力更小但是其换热性能不如窗片。

Numerical Analysis of Heat Transfer and Resistance Characteristics of Heat-exchanger Fins
Abstract:In this paper, the resistance and heat transfer characteristics of louvered-fin which was used extensively in air conditioner is analyzed with three-dimensional numerical simulation. The theoretical analysis result is almost consistent with experiment. In additional, the characteristic of another bridge fin is evaluated with simulation. The resistance coefficient of bridge fin is less than that of louvered fin, but has no advantage of heat transfer characteristics than louvered fin.
