血管紧张素转化酶及其活性检测研究进展

摘    要:血管紧张素转化酶(ACE)是一种哺乳动物组织中普遍存在的,含锌离子的膜结合外肽酶(羧基端二肽),催化血管紧张素Ⅰ水解生成具有血管收缩作用的血管紧张素Ⅱ或水解具有血管收缩功能的缓激肽生成苯丙-精二肽,是高血压、心肌梗死、心力衰竭等治疗药物筛选中的关键酶。本文对ACE的来源分布、化学结构、酶学特性及其检测应用进行综述。

Abstract:Angiotensin converting enzyme is zinc dependent, membrane bond, universal existence in mammal tissues,it can catalyze the conversion of the decapeptide angiotensin Ⅰ to the potent vasopressor ocatapeptide angiotensin Ⅱ ,with cleaving two C-terminal amino acids, and it can hydrolyze Bradykinin with vasoconstrictive activity to Phe-Arg.lt's the key enzyme in identification and therapeutic drug selection of hypertension, myocardial infarction,heart failure. The origin, distribution and current status in study on chemical structure, enzymatic characteristics and its activity detection were reviewed here.
