摘    要:采用ANSYS软件有限元分析方法计算180MW空冷汽轮发电机转子风扇座的应力,并应用Neuber方法计算转子风扇座的低周疲劳寿命。采用ANSYS计算汽轮发电机转子风扇座的应力,克服了经典计算方法对复杂变化曲面应力计算的局限性,是较理想地模拟转子风扇座实际运行工况的计算方法。

Abstract:In this paper, we used ANSYS FEM for the calculation of the stresses in blower hub of large 180 MW air-cooled turbine generator rotor and Neuber method for low-cycle fatigue of the blower hub. ANSYS FEM used in the stress calculations of blower hub, which overcomes the limit of the classical method on the stress calculation of complicated surface, is an ideal, accurate calculation method for the simulation on the actual operation of rotor blower hub.
