| 摘 要： | 本文应用ＣＸＦ—Ｏ型超声发生器和磁致伸缩换能器开展了蔗糖溶液成核作用的研究。试验结果说明，超声宣化促进了晶核的形成，其密度与颗粒均匀，优于其它方法的成核效果。

| Abstract: | We have developed an equipment named CXF-0 ultrasonic generator with which the research of ultrasound on nucleation of sugar cane solution has been conducted.The experimental result shows that the cavitation effect induced by ultrasonic vibration in cane solution can accelerate the formation of sugan nucleus,and the resulted granules of sugar are more homogenuous with high quality than those obtained by other methods. |
