基于ADAMS和AMESim的泵送系统联合仿真与试验研究

摘    要:针对某型号混凝土泵,基于ADAMS和AMESim软件建立了其泵送液压系统和机械系统联合仿真平台,对泵送系统动态过程进行了多工况仿真分析,全面研究了系统中的压力、流量等关键参数,并通过仿真结果与试验进行对比分析,验证了泵送系统仿真模型准确性,为泵送系统进一步的优化奠定基础。

Abstract:Based on the simulation software AMEsim and ADAMS, a simulation model is first established for hydraulic and mechanical pumping systems. By speculating such key parameters as pumping pressure, oil flow and so on, the simulation results of pumping system dynamic process are then obtained on multi-conditions. Finally, the proposed method can set a reference to design,analysis and optimization on hydraulic pumping circuit systems.
