井筒电加热技术在稠油试油试采中的应用

摘    要:井筒机热可提高原油的温度,改善原油的流动性,降低井筒中原油的流动阻力,有效地解决了稠油采出井筒难的问题。阐述了井筒电加热技术的作用及如保合理地确定加热深度,介绍了胜利油田应用该技术在稠油试油试采方面取得的成功经验,评价了该技术的优缺点。该技术对延长蒸汽吞吐井的采油期,防止抽油杆断脱,提高检泵周期,减少井下作业量,获得可靠的试油试采资料,进一步探明稠油储量及提高经济效益发挥了较大作用。

Abstract:Well bore heating can increase crude oil temperature, improve crude oil mobility, reduce the resistance of crude oil flowing in well bore, and thus effectively solve theproblem of difficult to produce viscous crude oil from well bore. This paper introduced the successfully experiences of oil production test and production test of viscous crude oil by use of electric heating technique in Shengli oil field, evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of well bore electric heating technique. This technique has played a greater role in extending oil producing period of steam soaking well, preventing sucker rod from breaking and falling,extending pump detection period, decreasing down hole job, obtaining reliable oil production test and production test data, further proving up viscous oil reserve, and increasing economic benefit.
