| 摘 要： | 从高碳化城市等现象出发,指出我国当前城市发展模式的不可持续性,并从《十二五规划建议》中提出的转变发展方式思考绿色城市设计再到低碳城市的必要性和紧迫性及其主要内容,最后从设计者、消费者和管理者等角度提出了实现由绿色建筑到低碳城市的现实路径。
