摘    要:为进一步降低有机半导体材料的激射阈值,文章研究利用银纳米颗粒的表面等离子体共振效应来实现对有机半导体薄膜受激辐射的增强.将制备好的Ag纳米溶液旋涂于玻璃基底上,然后在其上再旋涂PS:Alq3:DCJTB有机薄膜发光层,构成平面波导结构.用355nm波长的YAG激光泵浦样品.实验发现:相比于无Ag纳米颗粒情况,有Ag纳米...

Silver nanoparticle enhanced stimulated emission of organic thin films

Abstract:This paper focuses on silver nanoparticles enhanced stimulated emission of organic semiconductor thin films by surface plasmon resonance effect to further reduce the lasing threshold of organic semiconductor materials. Silver nanoparticles were prepared by chemical reduction from silver nitrate as raw material and prepared on glass substrate by solution spin-coating method. And then spin-coated PS:Alq3:DCJTB (400:100:3.5 wt) organic thin film on the surface of Ag nanoparticles, thus formed a planar waveguide. Pumped by 5.5ns/10Hz YAG (355nm) laser, the organic film stimulated emission showed: compared to the case without Ag nanoparticles, the Ag nanoparticles enhanced edge stimulated emission increased 10.38 times and the edge lasing threshold reduced to 0.5mJ/cm2 from 2.0mJ/cm2 ; the vertical surface stimulated emission increased 6.13 times and the vertical surface lasing threshold reduced to about 1.5 mJ/cm2 from 2.5mJ/cm2. Our study may be has upper applied value in realization low-threshold organic semiconductor lasers.
