低碳合金结构钢JR阻力曲线特性

摘    要:研究了低碳合金结构钢裂纹早期扩展阻力,结果表明:具有不同强度和塑性的材料,即使在断裂韧性测试中可以得到大致相同的启裂值,但由于裂纹尖端塑性约束程度不同,启裂过程中消耗的能量不同,在随后的裂纹扩展过程中抵抗裂纹稳态扩展的阻力相差很大。

Abstract:The resistance to crack propagation at the earlier stage has been investigatedfor some low-carbon alloy steels with different microstructures and toughness.The resultsshowed that the materials may have the same values of crack initiation in spite of their differ-ent toughness and microstructure,but the variance in the energy absorbed for crack initiationdue to variable plastic restraints of the crack tips will lead to significant distinction in the re-sistance to steady-state propagation of cracks.
