| Abstract: | oupled with the ancient and modern construction cases,various types of pile foundations and groundconsolidation techniques were introduced in the capital constructions of soft soil,ineluding insitu cast piles,battered bored piles,offshore piles,mini and micro piles,large diameter precast post- tension concrete pipepiles, prestressed disc-spring cap and lime piles.In addition,a brief introduction were given about uplift ca-pacity of piles, integrity testing and dynamic determinatiton of bearing capacity of pile. |
