| 摘 要： | 本文通过对国际电信联盟ITU-R．1546模型进行深入研究，结合实际地理位置信息，运用三次样条差值的方法计算出较为准确覆盖边界值，从而得出无线电监测覆盖范围，之后用实际数据修正理论覆盖范围，得出较为准确的监测范围值，为无线电监测网络规划和频谱管理提供有力的参考。

| Abstract: | This paper Based on the research of ITU-RP.1546 model of the International Teleconlmunication Union, to calculate more accurate coverageboundary value, using three times spline interpolation method combined with the actualgeographic location information, then modified theory monitoring coverage with actual data, the modified coverage more accurate value and provides a powerful reference for radio monitoring network planning and spectrum management. |
