陶瓷坯釉料配方系统的研制

摘    要:陶瓷坯釉料配方的最优化计算是工艺技术人员需解决的工艺关键技术问题之一。采用C语言设计了复合形法陶瓷配料优化模块,并在Visual Foxpro5.0平台上开发了陶瓷数据库管理系统及其应用软件。该软件包包括数据库管理、最优化计算、性能计算、系统维护、帮助系统等五大模块。初步应用表明:该软件包功能齐全、计算速度很快,能满足陶瓷企业配方设计与管理要求。

Abstract:In ceramec industry, the calculation and optimization of body and glaze batch composition are one of the key technique, and the application of database also is important. By employing Turbo C and Visual Foxpro 5.0 computer system , a combined computer program, which includes the related database, optimization of batch composition, the calculation of physical properties, system protecting, and helping module, has been finished, the usage of the combined system shows that all of the function can fulfill the need of calculation of body and glaze batch composition in ceramic industry.
