| 摘 要： | 首先提出了实现大动态范围周期信号频率测试的两种方法,然后详细讨论了计数测频方法的设计框图及电路实现,并对实现电路的每个组成部分进行了详细深入的阐述,最后对这种频率测试的精度进行了说明.

| Abstract: | Firstly,two methods of realizing frequency test for large dynamic range periodic signal are presented.Then the method of test frequency by counter is discussed and its design diagram and realized circuit are presented,and each segment of the realized circuit is explained.Lastly,the precision of this frequency test method is expatiated. |
