| 摘 要： | 随着巨磁电阻效应(GMR)研究的广泛开展,方便、快速的磁电阻测试已成为研究GMR效应的基础。文中介绍了巨磁阻效应计算机自动测试系统平台的建立。对自旋阀和磁性隧道结材料测试结果表明,这里所建立的测试系统能方便、快捷地测试磁性多层膜材料的GMR效应。

| Abstract: | With the increasing research on giant magnetoresistance (GMR), convenient and fast testing system has become the basis of research on GMR. A auto-testing system controlled by computer has been established. The testing results show that the auto-testing system can test GMR of magnetic multiplayer fast and conveniently. |
