| 摘 要： | 分析了中国钢铁业并购发展的原因，提出了钢铁企业战略性并购的途径，研究了战略性并购目标企业的评价模型，设计了评价目标钢铁企业的专用模型系统并介绍了该评估模型系统，为钢铁企业对目标钢铁企业实施战略性并购提供了系统的评价方法。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the reason of merging and acquisition of China steel enterprises, puts forward the route of strategic merging and acquisition of steel enterprises, researches the assessment model of tactic merging and acquisition for target enterprise, designs special model system for assessing target steel enterprises,and introduces the assessment model system, the assessment model provides the systematic qualitative and quantitative assessment method for steel enterprises to implement strategic merging and acquisition for target steel enterprises. |
