| 摘 要： | 我国法定退休年龄偏低,在当前企业社会保险费率过高,养老保险金缺口巨大的背景下,延长法定退休年龄成为改革的必然趋势.但在巨大的就业压力以及社会各阶层利益需要平衡的背景下,应当选择在条件成熟时,再开始小步渐进逐步延长劳动者的退休年龄,并研究建立更加人性化的弹性退休制度. |
