| 摘 要： | 巷道堆垛机是自动化立体仓库的主要设备,其结构好坏直接影响立体仓库的效率和性能;文章利用UG模块化参数化设计得到模块,对模块进行装配得到三维堆垛机结构;运用经验计算和ANSYS分析,分析所设计结构是否合理;为堆垛机快速高效结构设计提出一种应用方法。

| Abstract: | Stacker machine is main equipment of automation stereoscopic warehouse , its structure is good or bad di-rectly affect the efficiency and performance of a warehouse;Using UG modularization parametric design module , the module assembly for three dimensional stacker structures; Using empirical analysis , calculation and ANSYS to analyze the design structure is reasonable;For the stacker design in this paper , a fast and efficient structure design method can be applied . |
