基于复合喷雾冷却的TC4钛合金切削温度的研究

摘    要:
钛合金是一种典型的难加工材料,其热传导率低,切削过程温升大而易加剧刀具磨损。本文通过对TC4钛合金的车削试验,研究了在干切削和复合喷雾冷却条件下切削温度随切削速度、切削深度和进给量的变化情况。结果表明:切削温度随着切削速度、切削深度和进给量的增大而增大;采用复合喷雾冷却技术可在TC4钛合金车削过程中取得较好的冷却效果,切削温度明显低于干切削条件下的切削温度。

Abstract:
Titanium alloy is a kind of typical difficult to cut materials. It has a low thermal conductivity and it' s easy to increase the tool wear cause of the rising temperature during the cutting process. Through the turning tests of TC4 titani- um alloy, this paper investigates the changes of the cutting temperature with cutting speed, cutting depth and feed rate un- der dry cutting and the composite spray cooling conditions. The results show that: the cutting temperature will increase with the increase of cutting speed, cutting depth and feed rate ; in the turning process of TC4 titanium alloy, it achieves a good cooling effect with composite spray cooling technology, the cutting temperature under composite spray cooling conditions is lower than that of dry cutting.
