| 摘 要： | 以Bi2O3为添加剂，研究其不同质量比对Ag2O-Nb2O5-Ta2O5(ANT)系统介电性能的影响。用XRD衍射和SEM扫描作为技术手段，研究其不同质量比对Ag2O-Nb2O5-Ta2O5系统微观结构的影响。

| Abstract: | The dielectric properties of Ag_2O-Nb_2O_5-Ta_2O_5 ceramic system can be improved by the additive of Bi_2O_3. By XRD diffraction and SEM scan, the effect of the additive of Bi_2O_3 on micro structure was researched. |
