| 摘 要： | 介绍了微山湖矿业集团泗河煤矿的基本情况,对泗河煤矿综合机械化采煤工作面所涉及到的刮板输送机进行了选型分析,通过在泗河煤矿1201和1202综采工作面刮板输送机实际使用情况和月均产量的对比表明,泗河煤矿对SGZ630/180型整体铸造无焊接中部槽结构刮板输送机在1202综采工作面使用前的选型分析非常成功,这为薄煤层综采工作面的综采设备选型积累了宝贵经验.

| Abstract: | The basic situation of Sihe Coal Mine,Weishan Lake Mining Industry Group was introduced.And the selection analysis of scraper conveyor applied to the fully mechanized mining face in Sihe Coal Mine was carried out.The comparison of monthly output and actual use of scraper conveyor on the 1201 and 1202 fully mechanized mining face in Sihe Coal Mine showed that the selection analysis of SGZ630/180 type non-welding monobloc casted scraper conveyor with central trough structure was very successful before applying to the 1202 fully mechanized coal face,accumulating valuable experience for the fully mechanized mining equipment selection for thin coal seam. |
