| 摘 要： | 河南煤业化工集团义马气化厂现拥有的两套10万吨／年产能的二甲醚装置，自2007年5月投产以来，装置运行平稳，产品质量稳定，总体运行情况良好。不足的是二甲醚装置的放空气中醇含量一直居高不下，比较严重的偏离设计值，造成醇、醚的浪费，对醇的二次回收利用产生不利的影响。
通过对二甲醚操作参数变化的系列实验数据，结合操作人员的经验，分析得出降低二甲醚放空气醇，醚含量的可操作性方法，以用于指导生产。
