电沉积Fe-Ni-Cr镀层的腐蚀性能研究

摘    要:着重研究了pH值对Fe-Ni-Cr电镀层的电化学腐蚀性能影响以及镀层对碳钢的防护性能.结果表明,在镀液PH=3.25时获得的电沉积镀层虽然没有显示钝化性能,但对碳钢的电化学腐蚀性能仍然具有一定的改善作用.PH=2.38的镀层,具有很好的钝化性能,从而显示了很好的耐蚀性能,对碳钢有很好的保护作用.另外,从电镀的过程中也可以得出一个结论,就是在较低的pH值下比较容易施镀且镀层的性能较好.

Abstract:The effect of pH value on the corrosion behavior of Fe-Cr-Ni coating is studied in this paper.When pH=3.25,the electrodeposited coating shows good protection for the substrate,although the coating can't exhibit passivation performance.When pH=2.38,the electrodeposited coating shows excellent corrosion resistance in the saturation NaCl solution because passivation is observed.In addition,pH value has effect on degree of the liberation of hydrogen.Therefore,pH Value has effect on the compatibility,uniformity and thickness of the coating.
