摘    要:对果蔬MAP包装的理论研究现状进行了系统的研究和分析.主要对呼吸模型、包装内外气体交换模型、湿度变化和贮藏寿命预测模型的国内外研究进展予以阐述,并分析了各个模型的优点和不足.为进一步研究MAP包装提供理论参考.

Abstract:The current status of fruits and vegetables modified atmosphere packaging research was analyzed.The research advances on respiration model,gas exchanging model,humility transformation model,and shelf life forecasting model were introduced.The disadvantages and advantages of every model were analyzed.The purpose was to provide academic reference for further research of fruits and vegetables modified atmosphere packaging.
