| Abstract: | Synthesis of carboxymethyl starch(CMS) sodium with High Degree Substitution(DS) by acetone solvent method was discussed in this paper.The effects of material ratio,water addition amount,temperature and reaction time on the DS were studied in the experiment.Finally the technological conditions were determined. |
