热敏(温变)油墨的变色原理及其在包装领域的应用

摘    要:阐述了不可逆和可逆热敏(温变)油墨的变色原理,及不可逆热敏(温变)油墨的示温功能在食品、药品等包装领域的应用,可逆热敏(温变)油墨在包装防伪领域的应用。展望了热敏(温变)油墨的发展方向,即开发出适合于胶印与凹印、成本较低、变色温度灵敏的热敏(温变)油墨。

Abstract:The irreversible and reversible thermosensitive (heat) ink coloring principle is summmarized. The temperature indicating function of the irreversible thermosensitive (heat) ink is expounded in the fields of food and medicine packaging while the application of reversible thermosensitive (heat) ink in packaging anti-counterfeiting is analyzed as well. The development direction of thermosensitive (heat) ink is prospected as developing the thermal (heat) ink for offset and gravure printing which is of low cost and high color sensitivity for temoerature.
