| 摘 要： | 利用酶联免疫技术研制一种快速检测食品中的叶酸试剂盒,经过测试,该试剂盒对牛奶样本的检测限为10.0μg/L,批内、批间相对标准偏差均小于10%;稳定性测试结果表明,试剂盒能够在4℃保存12个月,37℃保存7d。叶酸单克隆抗体与二氢叶酸、四氢叶酸的交叉反应率均小于4%。该方法准确,可靠,使用简便,适合大量样品的现场检测。 |

| Abstract: | The limit of detection and relative standard deviation (RSD) of folic acid enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kit was studied.The limit of detection was 10.0μg /L in milk, and RSD was less than 10%.The stability tests results revealed that the kit could be kept for 12 months in 4℃, 7d in 37℃.The kit generally had not more than 4% cross-reactivity towards dihydrofolic acid and tetrahydrofolic acid.The kit can detect folic acid of lots of samples accurately, reliable and expediently on the spot. |
