| Abstract: | The paper lays special stress on analyzing the American two defense acquisition policy reforms since 2009. It expounds great regulations of the new policy through comparison with the old policies and rules. The article aims at analyzing the foreign acquisition policy trends and strengthening our present equipment acquisition and provides references for it. |
