| 摘 要： | 为进一步把握装备教学规律,提高院校新装备教学质量和科研水平,在分析院校装备教学重要性的基础上,结合目前院校装备管理中存在的问题,分析了加强院校装备建设的重要性,提出了建立科学的装备管理模式和合理的人员管理体制,以促进院校装备教学发展,提高院校装备教学质量。

| Abstract: | In order to graspe the rule of equipment teaching, enhance new equipment teaching quality and scientific research level, the importance of academic equipment teaching is analyzed. Combining with the existent problem in the academic equipment management, the importance of strengthening the academic equipment construction is analyzed, building the scientific equipment managment pattern and the reasonable personnel management mechanism is put forward, the academic development of equipment teaching is promoted, and the academic equipment teaching quality is improved. |
