| 摘 要： | 小浪底水力发电厂3号、4号机组发变组保护，在运行的几年间，曾发生发电机工况正常定子接地及匝间保护因一次熔断器熔断误动出口的现象。文中介绍应用7RE2800电压闭锁继电器闭锁ELIN公司80%定子接地保护和匝间保护的交流输入端的方法，解决了一次熔断器熔断时80%定子接地保护和匝间保护误动的问题，并提出预防电压互感器二次电压回路断线导致误闭锁的措施。

| Abstract: | Stator grounding protection and interturn short circuit protection of the 3rd and 4th units in the Xiaolangdi Hydropower Plant have ever misoperated in normal conditions because of primary fuse break. The 7RE2800 voltage block relay is applied to solve the problem. And the measure to prevent the misoperation induced by secondary voltage loop break is put forward. |
