长输管道检验中合于使用评价准则应用分析

基于相关标准规范要求和企业实际做法探讨了合于使用评价准则在长输管道全面检验应用中存在的落实难问题,对国外油气管道缺陷评估方法进行研究,指出合于使用评价过程是基于断裂力学知识对管道本体进行的力学计算,长输管道定期检验周期应该依据全面检验结果进行判定,合于使用评价不应作为定期检验的强制检验类别,应参照TSG D7003-2010《压力管道定期检验规则--长输(油气)管道》模式,将合于使用评价准则作为全面检验发现严重缺陷时进行缺陷评定的判别方式。

Application and Analysis of the Fitness-for-service Criteria in Long Distance Transportation Pipelines Inspection

Actual problems presented in the application of fitness-for-service evaluation principle to long distance transportation pipelines comprehensive inspection were discussed based on relative standards and treating measures in practical production. The process of fitness-for-service evaluation was summarized as pipeline body mechanical calculation from the viewpoint of fracture mechanics knowledge based foreign oil-gas pipeline defects assessment methods. It is pointed out that the periodic inspection cycle of long distance pipelines should be judged based on the results of comprehensive inspections, the practice of taking fitness-for-service evaluation as the judging criterion for defects assessment when heavy defects were founded in comprehensive inspection, TSG D7003-2010 Periodical Inspection Regulation for Oil and Gas Pressure Pipeline should be referenced.
