摘    要:针对目前常规液压式随钻扩眼器只能安装在定向井随钻工具的上部、扩眼后无法使用大排量循环等问题,研制了无线指令电控式液压扩眼器。该扩眼器将投球激活的液压扩眼器球座总成替换为传压系统,增加了脉冲器总成和电控系统总成,可通过钻井液脉冲信号和钻杆转速信号下传指令,控制刀翼的伸出与缩回。计算分析了传压系统传压孔打开时脉冲器活塞的受力情况,并利用流体仿真软件分析了传压孔的冲蚀情况。通过现场测试,无线指令电控式扩眼器设计合理,3种方式的指令下传成功,刀翼张开及回收正常,为智能扩眼器的进一步研究奠定了基础。

Wireless signal based electric-control intelligent reaming technique

Abstract:At present, the conventional hydraulic reamer while drilling can only be installed at the top of the while-drilling tool of directional well and large-displacement circulation cannot be realized after the reaming. To deal with these problems, this paper developed the wireless signal based electric-control hydraulic reamer. In this novel reamer, the ball-activated ball seat assembly is replaced with the pressure transmission system and pulse generator assembly and electric control system assembly are installed, so that the instructions can be transmitted through drilling fluid pulse signals and drill pipe rotation signals to control blade’s extension and retraction. Then, the stress on the piston of pulse generator when the pressure transmission hole of the pressure transmission system is opened was calculated and analyzed. In addition, the erosion situations of the pressure transmission hole were analyzed using the fluid simulation software. The field test results show that the wireless signal based electric-control reamer is reasonable in design and can transmit the instructions successfully in three modes to extend and retract the blade normally. The research results provide the foundation for the further study on intelligent reamers.
