摘    要:研究了用高分辨率全谱直读等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)进行钛钽铌合金中钽、铌元素的测定。通过对试样溶样方法的选择,最终采用盐酸+氢氟酸溶解样品;对样品溶解酸度、元素分析谱线选择、背景校正扣除、样品基体及待测元素间干扰等因素进行了分析。采用基体匹配与背景扣除法消除钛基体对待测元素的光谱干扰,选择了最佳实验条件。结果表明:各元素的加标回收率为98.0%~104.0%,相对标准偏差小于2.0%。本法测定已用于钛钽铌产品的检验。

Determination of Nb, Ta in TiTaNb Alloy by ICP-AES
Abstract:A new method was employed for the determination of Ta and Nb in Ti-Ta-Nb alloys by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spetrometry(ICP-AES). The samples was dissolved in a mixture of hydrochloric, hydrofluoric and nitric acid. The effects of acid concentration, choice of analytical spectral lines for elements, background corrections, interferences from matrix and among elements determined were investigated.
