摘    要:对武钢热轧厂4号加热炉改造用油气混用可调焰烧嘴进行了详细的试验研究,确定了烧嘴的结构尺寸,得到了烧嘴的性能参数。煤气流量在132 ̄885m^3/h、重油流量在44 ̄220kg/h、空气消耗系数在1.03 ̄1.18范围时,烧嘴能够稳定燃烧,烟气中CO的含量低于0.1%,噪音低于85dB(A)。烧嘴在现场使用效果良好。

Abstract:Experimental studies have been systematically carried out on the flame adjustable burners used for both heavy oil and gas purposes in the revamped No.4 reheating furnace of the Hot Rolling Strip Mill of WISCO and the structure and dimension of the burner have been determined and parameters of the properties for the burner obtained.The burner is burning steadily and CO content in the fume cut down to less than 0.10% and the noise level is below 85 dB(A) when the gas flow maintains at 132 to 885m 3/h and the heavy oil flow is at 44 to 220kg/h and the coefficient of air consumption lies within the range of 1.03 to 1.18.The burners function perfectly well at the working site.
