摘    要:对塔河重质原油的性质及现役电脱盐装置的运行状况进行了分析,结果表明:塔河原油具有密度大、黏度高、沥青质较多、杂质较多及乳化程度复杂等特点,加上现役电脱盐装置的内部结构不合理,造成处理塔河原油的电脱盐装置脱盐效果差。针对以上问题,提出了简化电场、压缩极板间距、减小极板面积和提高极板安装高度等改进建议。

Abstract:Through the analysis of Tahe crude oil properties and operation status of the existing electric desalter, it was found that Tahe crude oil had the characteristics of high density, high viscosity, more asphaltenes, more impurities and complex emulsification degree, in addition, internal structure of the existing electric desalter was unreasonable, which were the main reasons for the poor effects of electric desalting. In order to solve the above problems, several suggestions were put forward, such as simplifying the electric-field distribution, shortening the distance between plates, reducing the area of plates, and raising the installation height of plates.
