| 摘 要： | 为满足井下作业封井器试压及井口的试压、管柱及下井泵的密封验证、液压式封隔器座封及打丢手等现场需要,研制开发了作业现场自行式多用途试压泵。该泵采用拖拉机作为牵引动力和试压装置动力,利用加装液压马达作为输出动力源,可分别驱动两用高压小排量柱塞泵及大排量螺杆泵,既能大排量现场作业快速灌注液体要求,又能平稳可控地进行高压试压、下井泵的密封验证、液压式封隔器座封及打丢手等不同施工需要。 |

| Abstract: | For testing pressure of BOP,wellbore,pipe string and pump and seal verification,we develop the self-propelled multipurpose hydraulic test pump.It adopt the tractor as the tractive force and pressure testing power.It also add the hydraulic pressure motor to output the power in order to drive the high pressure plunger pump and high volume displacement screw pump.So it can meet the needs of injecting a mass of liquid,high pressure testing,seal verification and so on. |
