摘 要: | 通过对开裂柱塞的裂纹形貌、化学成分、硬度和金相的分析,指出了过高的磨削热是产生磨削裂纹的主要原因,而调整磨削参数和合理选择砂轮及冷却液则可以有效地防止。

Abstract: | Failure analysis for a cracked plunger piston was carried out through the analysis of crack pattern, chemical composition, hardness and metallography. The results showed that too much grinding heat was the main cause of grinding cracks. By adjusting grinding parameters and reasonably choosing grinding wheel and cooling fluid, cracks can be prevented effectively. |
