摘    要:采用枪钻加工深孔,其直线度偏差控制较难。直线度为0.5mm/m以内的深孔多采用工件旋转的方法加工。现行的加工方法是在改造的车床或单轴深孔钻床上进行深孔加工。其不足在于:当被加工工件上有多个平行深孔时,各孔轴线与枪钻轴线的调整较麻烦,不利于保证多个深孔的加工精度。本回转夹具通过快速调整定位块和夹紧块在夹具体中的位置,使棒料待加工深孔的回转轴线与枪钻的中心线保持同轴,此组合夹具能有效提高棒料多孔深孔的加工精度。

Abstract:Precessing deep holds with gundrill,it's hard to ensure the straightness tolerance.Nowadays,we adopt the method of rotating workpiece processing when straightness tolerance of deep holds within 0.5 mm/m.Usually,we take reconstructive turning lathe or Gun Drilling Machine to process that.It's hard to attain satisfying machining precision of multiple and deep holds when there are many parallel deep holds in workpiece.Besides,it's more trouble to adjust each hole axis and the gun drill axis.By adjusting set piece and clamping piece in the position of rotary jig,to make sure the deep holes of bar stock to be processed and the centerline of the gun drill keep coaxial.The rotary jig can effectively enhance processing precision of multiple and deep holes in bar stock.
