基于静态平衡的循环流化床锅炉床温控制技术的研究

摘    要:针对循环流化床锅炉燃烧控制系统存在的分布参数、非线性强、时变性强、多变量紧密耦合,造成锅炉燃烧控制系统尤其是床温控制系统无法稳定运行的问题,提出了基于静态平衡的燃烧控制系统实现床温控制方案,通过仿真试验,验证了控制策略的可行性。该方法很好地实现了床温的稳定控制,而床温的稳定控制,有利于减少各控制量相互之间的耦合,达到解耦的目的,也为主蒸汽压力、燃烧控制系统的投运创造了条件。

Abstract:For the circulating fluidized bed boiler combustion control system for the distribution of parameters of the existence,nonlinear strong,time-varying strong,tightly-coupled multi-variable,resulting in the boiler combustion control system,especially the bed temperature control system for stable operation of the problem can not be put forward based on static equilibrium The combustion control system implementation bed temperature control scheme,through simulation tests to verify the control strategy is feasible.This method is a good way to achieve the stability of the bed temperature control,while the bed temperature of the stability control will help to reduce the amount of control the coupling between each other to achieve the purpose of decoupling,but also the main steam pressure,combustion control system put into operation in created the conditions.
