| 摘 要： | 针对金属围护系统的渗漏问题,介绍了防水密封胶的正确应用,其中丁基密封胶适用于非暴露节点,且须通过机械外力压紧才能保证长期防水效果;聚氨酯密封胶适用于暴露节点及不同材料界面处的防水密封;而硅酮密封胶则不适合在金属围护系统中应用。 |

| Abstract: | The article introduces the correct application of waterproofing sealant in view of metal envelope system leakage.Butyl sealant is suitable for non exposed nodes under external mechanical forces with the intention to ensure the long-term waterproofing effect.Polyurethane sealant can be applied in exposed nodes and the interfaces between different materials.Silicone sealant is not suited to metal envelope system. |
