| 摘 要： | 以改性丙烯酸乳液为成膜物质,聚磷酸铵为阻燃剂,季戌四醇为炭化剂,三聚氰胺、氯化石蜡和可膨胀石墨为发泡剂,配以适量的增强剂和填料制备的水性薄型钢结构防火涂料,在涂层厚度为3.0mm时,耐火极限为1.0h,粘结强度为1.08MPa。

| Abstract: | The waterborne thin fire retardant coating for steel structure was prepared using modified polyacrylic emulsion as film-forming material,ammonium polyphosphate as fire retardant agent,tetramethylolmethane as carburetant,trimeric cyanamide,chlorinated paraffin and expandable graphite as foaming agent,companied with right amount of intensifier and filling agent.Its fire-retardant limit was 1.0 h and cohesional strength was 1.08 MPa when the thickness of coating was 3.0 mm. |
