广西地下水监测现状与思考

广西地下水监测站网布局不完善，监测和传输手段落后，不能适应水资源管理和经济社会发展需要。地下水监测是水法规赋予水行政主管部门的职能，要建立健全地下水监测管理机构，完善地下水监测站网，建设地下水监测信息系统，加强地下水变化规律的研究，为保障地下水资源的可持续利用提供基础。
