阳极极化法分析缓蚀剂对Al-Mn-Mg合金的缓蚀作用

摘    要:阳极极化法是评价缓蚀剂缓蚀作用的有效方法,本文采用此技术对缓蚀剂在3%NaCl溶液中对Al-Mn-Mg合金的缓蚀作用进行了研究.结果表明:无机缓蚀剂中,钼酸钠提高了Al-Mn-Mg合金抗点蚀的能力,而且维钝电流很小;交流阻抗试验也也证实其阻抗提高,说明钼酸钠起到了缓蚀作用.有机缓蚀剂中,硫脲的极化电阻率最大,有腐蚀电位与点蚀电位分离的现象,并且极化电流较其它有机缓蚀剂的小,因此其抗蚀能力最好.

Abstract:Polarization technique is an effective method that is used for studying effects olf inhibition.So effects of inhibitors on corrosion resistance of Al-Mn-Mg alloy are investigated by this technique in 3% NaCl solution.Experimental results show tha Na2MoO4 promote the capability of inhibiting the pitting of the alloy and the current that maintains passivation is small.In addition,the electrochemical impedance spectrum indicates that the impedance is improved.So the effect of inhibition is produced by Na2MoO4.The polarizing resistance of sulfourea is largest among organic inhibitors.the phenomenon that the corrosion potential is separated from the pitting corrosion potential is found and the polarization current is smaller than the others.So its capability of corrosion resistance is better.
