摘    要:利用未改性的聚乙烯醇为膜材料,选择不同的添加剂和溶剂,采用相转化法成膜,并经戌二醛溶液交联譬理,制备出超滤膜.文中分析了膜的形态结构,并对膜的性能进行测试.结果表明:通常条件下制备的膜表面致密,横断面呈多孔结构,几乎没有水透过膜层.这是由于PVA分子中的强氢键作用力对超滤膜的形成起着阻碍作用,只有在铸膜液处于临界分相状态时才能使膜呈现超滤性能。

Abstract:The polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) ultrafiltration membranes were prepared by using the unmodified PVA as a membrane material and choosing different additives and solvents. The structure of membranes was analyzed and the performances of the membranes were tested. The results show that the membranes prepared at the normal preparation conditions have dense skin on their surface, porous structure on their cross-sections, and no water permeated through the membranes. The result implies the strong action of hydrogen bond in PVA blocked formation of PVA ultrafiltration membranes. However, the PVA membrane with ultrafiltration properties is formed only when the casting solution of PVA is under critical demixing state.
