对当前深圳地区电力供应紧张局面的思考

２０００年以来，广东、浙江、京津唐等地区电力需求猛增，电力供应出现紧张局面。该文分析了深圳地区当前电力供应紧张的原因，以及深圳电力系统目前存在的问题，指出加强电力需求预测，加快电力建设步伐，把“电力先行”作为一项基本目标，是电力企业长期、稳定发展的先决条件。

Some Views about Recent Electric Power Supply Shortage in Shenzhen

Since the beginning of the year 2000, the power demands in Guangdong, Zhejiang provinces and Beijing Tianjin-Tangshan district have been increasing dramatically, power supply shortages have appeared again. This paper analyzes the reasons for the current power supply shortages in Shenzhen district and the problems existing presently in Shenzhen power system. It indicates that, to strengthen power demand forecast, to speed up power construction steps and with 'to develop power ahead of the rest' as a fundamental target, are the precondition to the long term, steady development of power industry.
