摘    要:研究了某些碳化硅材料的力学行为,考察了抗折强度与弹性模量和内耗的关系。根据损伤力学,引进了热震损伤变量,并考察了碳化硅材料热震损伤与弹性模量和内耗的关系。由于弹性模量和内耗均可用非破坏实验方法测得,因此,在确定了强度和热震损伤与弹性模量和内耗的关系之后,可用非破坏实验来估计材料的强度和热震损伤。此外,还研究了常温强度和高温强度均高、抗热震性均优的碳化硅材料。该材料适用于制造陶瓷窑具。

Abstract:The mechanical behavior and the correlation between bond strength ac elastic modulus or internal friction were investigated. for some SiC materials. A thermal shock damage parameter was introduced on damage mechanics, and thecorrelation between thermal shock damage and internal friction as well as elastic modulus was also investigated. Becauseof both elastic modulus and internal friction can be observed by NDT,once the correlation between strength or thermalshock damage and elastic modulus as well as internal friction were determined,the strength and thermal shock damage canalso be estimated by NDT. Two kinds of materials having high strength(at room temperature and elevated temperature)and excellent thermal shock resistance were also investigsted in this work,which can be uSed in ceramic industry as kilnfurniture.
